Description

Our short sleeve skivvy is made from a softly structured rib with a boxy cut and raw hems. The mock neck can be worn un-tucked and raw, pushed down and slouchy or "tucked in" for a boat neck look. Notably, our undyed skivvies use absolutely no chemicals, whiteners or dyes (even the threads are undyed and organic) making this piece preferable for those with skin sensitivites. Order down a size for a more fitted look.

This v popular piece comes in several colour/ cut renditions, be sure to search A.14 in the Product Code tab to see them all. Pictured here with the A.21 Shorts.

Description

An A.BCH exclusive, Australian knitted, 100% certified organic cotton 265gsm 1x1 rib. The fibre is grown, processed and spun in India, is Fair Trade, ACO and Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified at every stage from processing to finishing to meet strict environmental, toxicity and social standards. Packaging

Compost

Our default packaging for local orders, home-compostable satchels have the lowest environmental impact when composted locally. Please don't throw this into your general waste bin, instead, after re-use, compost at home or find other solutions here. You can contact us immediately after placing your order to request recyclable packing instead.

Recycled

For extra fragile goods, or international orders, we use 100% post-consumer waste recycled and RECYCLABLE satchels, boxes and tissue paper. After re-use, these can go into your curb-side paper recycling bin.

Care

Laundering

Organic fibres need just a little more TLC than conventional ones. Machine wash on COLD with like-colours  use a delicates bag for best results and hang to dry. We'll also send a detailed digital care guide when you buy this garment.

Repairs

We stand by our garments + offer complimentary repairs for all A.BCH pieces. Our free repairs are for general wear and tear, all we ask is that you cover the cost of delivery or drop off to our Melbourne studio, and ensure your garments are laundered before sending. Re-making or alterations can also be requested + will be individually quoted based on the time required.

End of Life

Recycling

To recycle this garment, send it back to us for store credit. We'll even cover shipping! Depending on its condition, we'll repair & re-sell it (as second hand) OR transform it into brand new yarns through our recycling program (so circular, darling).

Compost

If returning is unlikely (you're busy with a climate rally or living off the grid), this skivvy is 99.5% compostable. After a long life of use, repair and re-use, simply remove the A.BCH tag before cutting the rest into strips, safe for anaerobic composting at home or commercially.
