We offer one (1) complimentary exchange or credit note per order plus easy returns for all Australian orders.  This means we'll provide you a complimentary shipping label for you to send your item back to us plus the cost of sending you the exchanged garment (or providing you with a credit note for future use). To access your complimentary exchange, simply contact us via email and we will email you back with further instructions. 

A note on Dust Masks. Unless deemed faulty, dust masks are not eligible for returns for sanitary reasons.

General Returns Process:

Online shopping can be stressful. We don't want you to stress. If you order something with us that doesn't fit, or maybe it's not quite how you imagined, never fear. You have 10 whole calendar days to make up your mind, try it on, caress its goodness, fall in love. If you decide you need to return it, just make sure you let us know and send it back to us within that 10 day timeframe. Unfortunately, after 10 days it's no longer able to be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your A.BCH item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it (perfect, really). It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags attached. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

To initiate a return, flick us a quick message at to let us know what's coming back. Please include your original order number (sent via email when you first ordered), as well as specifying which item/s you are returning. Once your email request has been submitted, pack your item back in its original box (if you still have it) or any other suitable packaging to get it back safely.

Unless we are running a promotion, you will need to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note that if any goods are returned to us due to an incorrectly supplied address, failure to pickup from depot or failure to pay local customs/duties, a restocking fee will apply. This fee is $15 AUD for orders within Australia and $85 AUD for international orders.

Made to Order

Made to order items are eligible for returns as per above. The exception is when you have requested specific customisations to be made to your piece. ie. Hem shortened/lengthened, changes to waistband circumferences etc from the original garment specification. In this case, garments will be ineligible for refund or exchange, unless deemed faulty, in which case we will issue you with a replacement of the same garment.


Custom-made garments with specific requests for changes to patterns, lengths, widths, hems, fabrics etc for both core and Made to Order items are ineligible for returns.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to the person who placed the order, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, minus any shipping costs. This process can take a few days, so please sit tight!

Late or missing

Please contact your bank for updates on late or missing refunds. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

For international orders, if you wish to make an exchange (ie. change size/colour or style), simply follow the returns process and then start a fresh order for your new item. Faulty Goods

Goods are deemed faulty if they are received damaged or improperly manufactured. Items damaged as a result of regular wear and tear or improper laundering are not considered faulty. Goods deemed faulty are eligible for exchange of the exact product style and size that was originally ordered. If you have received a faulty item, please contact us at as soon as possible, so we can make it right.
