Description

In our new favourite colour, sage, this sleeveless skivvy is a boxy cut with raw hems and a mock neck that can be worn un-tucked, pushed down and slouchy or tucked under for more structure. The rib fabric was knitted on a tubular machine that can leave faint fold lines where it was joined. These will eventually disappear with wear/ washing. Consider it a unique feature of this style of knitting. Order down a size for a more fitted look.

Also available in Black + Grey Marle

Worn with the A.20 Skirt + A.16 Shorts

A.BCH A.14
Product Story

Make

Description

Made either in-house at the A.BCH studio or at our partner factory in Sunshine West, Victoria. It is cut with precision and minimal waste, constructed and trimmed for excess threads. All raw hems have been stabilised at the side seams, and the sleeveless A.14 has a top stitch around the armhole. Every off-cut is rescued from the cutting process, used for research + development in fibre recycling.

Label

Description

100% recycled PET made in-house by a manufacturer with a passion for developing sustainable alternatives for brands. This is the only part of the garment that isn’t biodegradable. But things get better! In 2019 we developed a way to make these labels in organic cotton which feature in garments from A.31 onwards.

Care Label

Description

100% GOTS organic cotton. When we started A.BCH in 2017, there were no organic cotton label options. In 2019, we were able to make the switch to digitally printed, 100% GOTS organic care labels which are now found on most of our garments.

End of Life

Recycling

To recycle this skivvy, send it back to us for store credit. We'll even cover shipping! Depending on its condition, we'll repair & re-sell it (as second hand) OR transform it into brand new yarns through our recycling program (so circular, darling).

Compost

If returning is unlikely (you're busy with a climate rally or living off the grid), this skivvy is 99.5% compostable. After a long life of use, repair and re-use, simply remove the A.BCH tag before cutting the rest into strips, safe for anaerobic composting at home or commercially.
